This is a really big umbrella - which is good because I'm a big guy (6' 3"). It feels that it really solidly constructed, and the wind does blow through the top to keep the wind from stealing your umbrella. I have had the umbrella for almost 6 months, and it works just fine.

I just hope it lasts as long as my previous one, about 15-20 years. It opens and closes easily and sheds rain. What more could one want from an umbrella?

This product has proven to be durable and mechanically sound. Other more expensive umbrellas I've purchased do not resist wind as well and after several uses have problems with the opening mechanism. This umbrella shows no sign of wear and tear even after the severe weather we've had this year. Though the weather is unpredictable at least one thing is certain, this umbrella will hold up to the storm.

Just what I was looking for...A sturdy, well made umbrella that I could use for shade during my sons baseball games. Works great in the rain too!

I bought this for my daughter not realizing just how big it was. It is huge and she is very tiny so it seemed kind of silly. But I know next year when she gets out in the business world after college and has to go to work dressed up every day, she will appreciate the size of it on a rainy day. For now, it's kind of a family joke about how mom bought an umbrella that is big enough to put on her college patio! It's very well made and a very fine quality! I wish I'd bought me one....I may have to order one for myself!
